Storage that gets subleased to a third-party warehouse is storage you lose visibility on the moment the truck pulls away. Ours doesn’t. Brooklyn Best Movers keeps a Sunset Park warehouse under our own roof, so if your move-in date slips and you need somewhere for your things to sit for two weeks or two months, it’s the same company handling it start to finish — not a storage broker we handed your stuff to.
Pricing is flat by unit size: studio or one-bedroom loads run $125/month, two- to three-bedroom loads $185/month, and four-bedroom-plus $260/month. Items go in on pallets, wrapped and inventoried, and the same crew that packed the truck can pull them back out when your new place is ready. There’s no minimum-stay contract to sign and no separate facility across town to track down when delivery day comes.

What This Service Costs
Crew size sets your hourly rate — $145/hr for two movers, $190/hr for three, $235/hr for four — and if you’d rather lock in a firm number first, Anthony or Marcus can walk the job ahead of time and write one up
The truck, dollies, and furniture pads all ride inside that hourly rate, nothing billed separately: $145 for two movers, $190 for three, $235 for four, and $50/hr for each additional mover after that. A $175 deposit holds your date and is credited straight to the final invoice. Basic coverage comes standard on every job, and if your building requires a certificate of insurance or a freight elevator reservation, Gina has it arranged before your crew ever shows up.
