Brooklyn isn’t one kind of building, and we don’t move it like it is. A Park Slope brownstone, a Williamsburg loft conversion, a Flatbush two-family — each one has its own super, its own elevator, its own idea of where a truck is allowed to sit. We cover the whole borough, and the building call happens the same way no matter which of these ten areas you’re in.
- Brooklyn — Our home base, every neighborhood in it, no zone surcharge for crossing from one side of the borough to the other.
- Park Slope — Brownstone stoops and narrow parlor-floor staircases, moved by a crew that’s carried a couch down this exact layout before.
- Williamsburg — Converted loft buildings and newer high-rises side by side, with freight-elevator windows booked well ahead of crew day.
- Bushwick — Walk-ups and industrial conversions across a neighborhood where street parking on move day takes actual planning.
- Bedford-Stuyvesant — Row houses and brownstones on some of the borough’s tightest blocks, where a parking plan matters as much as the packing.
- DUMBO — Cobblestone streets and converted warehouse buildings with loading docks that need a reservation, not a knock on the door.
- Brooklyn Heights — Landmarked brownstones and co-op boards with their own COI paperwork, which is exactly the part we handle before you have to.
- Sunset Park — Home turf for our storage warehouse, plus the two-family houses and walk-ups that make up most of the neighborhood.
- Flatbush — Multi-family houses and larger apartment buildings, with the same crew running local jobs and the interstate lanes that start here.
- Greenpoint — Older walk-ups and new construction with freight elevators, both handled without the crew learning the building’s rules on arrival.
Outside these ten, we still run jobs across Kings, Queens, and New York County — if you’re not sure whether your address is in range, call the office and ask.
